7K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Overview Otterbein Granville has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Health Services team and serve as the hub for everything we do to serve our residents and employees in our Health Center.
This position provides Administrative support to our Health Services Administrator, the Director of Nursing, Social Services, Life Enrichment, Physical Therapy, our Wellness Center and the nursing staff.
Shift:
Monday-Friday from 8:
30am - 5:
00pm (may work occasional weekend day and holiday) Apply from your phone! Text OTTER to 89743 Responsibilities Preparing and submitting timekeeping reports for payroll, tracking paid time off, holidays, personal time, FMLA, LOA's and tardies.
Coordinating the schedule for the clinical team on an ongoing basis including staffing for call-offs.
Generating new physicians and contracted services contracts prior to their expiration.
Completing the ordering and distribution of office and medical supplies for the department including inventory and verifying receipts.
Serving as the first person a visitor or resident may encounter so customer service is a primary focus of the position.
Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Qualifications Education:
High school graduate or higher education.
Experience:
1-2 years of Administrative experience.
Knowledgeable in healthcare industry and related technology and terminology.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
