Portfolio Management Administrator

Location: Granville, Ohio - United States Job Title: Portfolio Management Administrative Associate Location: Granville, Ohio - United States. Description The Portfolio Management Administrator is accountable to support the coordination, execution, and reporting of the innovation portfolio management processes for the Owens Corning Roofing & Asphalt division. The successful candidate will assemble monthly portfolio management meetings and agendas, maintain and update portfolio tracking dashboards and databases, and provide meeting minutes as appropriate. This position works closely with Strategic Marketing and Science & Technology Leaders to manage, prioritize, and track innovation portfolios and resources within Shingles, Components, and Asphalt business units. The candidate will also support work streams to capture best practices and customize processes for data quality, portfolio tracking, and resource management. The position reports to the R&D Leader ?Shingle Product Innovation Responsibilities Demonstrate an unconditional commitment to safety Implements a personal safety action plan and review with leader. Leads and participates in regular safety meetings and monthly audits; Ensures rigorous compliance to standard safety procedures and OC corporate policies. Metrics Zero accidents / RIR on projects; completes safety action plan; co-leads on regular safety initiatives. Support innovation portfolio management for the Roofing & Asphalt Organization Schedules monthly portfolio management meetings for Shingles, Components, and Asphalt groups. Records and distributes meeting minutes Updates portfolio databases, spreadsheets, and charts and distributes in a timely manner Tracks and monitors resource allocations and supports innovation leaders to act on that information Assists R&D project budget tracking and management for each innovation leader Metrics On-time, efficient coordination of innovation portfolio meetings. Completes and distributes dashboard reports on portfolio to key stakeholders and business leaders. Identifies resource changes and ensures everyone understands implications. Leads monthly budget forecasting process. Continuously improve R&A portfolio management processes Works to align key stakeholders on standardized formatting for dashboard and other portfolio communication tools Works with team leaders to compile and publish dashboards and key analysis. Prepares materials for larger portfolio review sessions Creates holistic dashboards for generating insights and updates regarding innovation progress Understanding of portfolio and project management tools & techniques. Understanding of current stage gate process as well as alternative processes to enable effective portfolio management. Understanding of how to incorporate product development, process development, and business/marketing development projects into the holistic portfolio view. Identifies the key FFUs for each organization based on key stakeholder input. Metrics ? Defines, Develops and Delivers Development and integration of all projects into a comprehensive view of the portfolio. Robust portfolios & management processes tied to the business strategy and enabling key business decisions Engagement and education of key stakeholders on portfolio management and understating of their goals/objectives. Education of stakeholders on project types and ways to approach for effective portfolio management. Job Requirements Experience and Knowledge Requirements: B.S. with minimum 3 years experience in administration. Demonstrated experience in portfolio design and project management tools preferred. Demonstrated effectiveness in an R&D environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to organize and compile information efficiently and succinctly. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
