Learning Strategy Leader

We are seeking to add someone to our energetic L&D team who has the ambition to make impact and deliver significant value. Specific experiences that we are prioritizing for our new hire are advance manufacturing acumen, operational excellence and learning strategy development/execution. This role within the Talent Management team in the HR Center of Excellence will partner closely with our Science & Technology and Advanced Manufacturing function and HR leaders to assess organizational learning needs, define learning strategy, design curriculum learning experiences, deliver training and measure the impact of learning initiatives at Owens Corning. The Learning Strategy Business Leader provides a broad range of consultative services and is responsible for various phases of talent development. This leader conducts thorough needs assessments to proactively identify issues that impact learning and leadership development. This position is aligned with the function, and partners with leadership and HR to develop and execute a holistic learning and development portfolio to support the achievement of business results. S/he designs, implements and evaluates solutions to facilitate professional development and continuous learning. The leader is also responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and scheduling training with outside vendors to ensure program quality, effectiveness, and competitive pricing. Minimum Required Experience: Five (5) years of learning and development experience, preferably in a global business. Three (3) years of experience in leading large scale change management. Bachelor?s degree required Able to travel including overnight up to 15% of time Preferred Skills: What would make you an outstanding candidate? Ideally, we are looking for: Rapidly establish organic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders that foster the ability to influence Leverage knowledge of learning and development strategies/techniques to upskill learning & development capability with stakeholders (ADDIE, instructional design, facilitation, leadership and behavioral theory and learning strategies). Energetic, resourceful, with strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude. Fully committed to the job and to deliver outstanding work. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
