The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting in the recruiting process for open positions at RevLocal, primarily growing our sales force, while also supporting growth with other departments throughout the company.
The Recruiter assists the Recruiting team using multiple ways to source new applicants to keep a consistent flow of candidates in the pipeline while promoting RevLocal's brand and opportunities to potential candidates.
Essential Duties
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates through various job boards, recruiting databases, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting passive candidates
  • Making phone calls to qualify sales candidates across the country, conducting phone screens and building a consistent candidate funnel for our fast-growing sales force, internal strategist account managers, and other corporate and operations roles as needs arise
  • Promoting RevLocal and the position to potential candidates
  • Coordinating and tracking the interview process including documenting candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist with posting jobs on various job boards and keeping them updated in a timely manner to maximize applicant flow
  • Contribute to developing recruiting strategies to promote RevLocal and drive applicants to apply
  • Developing and managing partner relationships with hiring managers

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field such as Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Previous staffing agency experience highly preferred
  • Previous customer service or call center experience a plus
  • Previous interviewing or recruiting experience
  • Sales recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law regarding employment practices

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
